Apparently due to some copyright issue it can never be shown again. Sure enough it was not on the subsequent repeat on BBC3 tonight. Anyone know what this is all about, I just sue some comments from drivers and old footage that must have been seen thousands on times, so what is copyrighted? After Sunday's show Jezza said it would never be seen again. No doubt it's on you tube!

or this looks better - there is a note on this one (and I quote)

However sadly it may never be shown on tv again due to how much it cost the bbc in liecencing. Also the bbc are trying to remove all vidoes of it from the internet. So download it now or you might never be able to see it again.

Copyright fees are sometimes lifted for a tribute on news programmes when a well known person dies, if clearance had to be found, it could delay the tribute, but it is not a blanket agreement that would allow for repeat showings.
apparently due to the formula 1 archive laws.

shame really, it was a brilliant piece of nostalgia and admiration.
Isn't because of the film that is due out later this year?
Just enjoyed that again jno! Fabulous.
My admiration for Martin Brundle's professional abilities increase all the time.
Yes but he should have been banned for deliberately driving into the back of Prost to make sure he won the 1990 championship
My OH is feeling smug about the fact that he taped it. He considered selling it until I pointed out the legal issues. Now he is less smug but at least he can watch it again.
I cannot wait for the film
I adored Senna
This must be some sort of F1 Copyright issue.Maybe Bernie Ecclestone won't allows video to be shown unless he gets his cut of the profits.

Only last night I watched a documentry on Senna called 'The Right to Win' and I was really disapponted. There was loads of comments from other F1 Drivers, but I was expecting lots of video clips of Senna Racing in F1, and there were none. All they showed were lots of still photos of Senna.
It was on the Monday night repeat on BBC2 as I watched it having missed the Sunday showing
