Daytime TV Show featuring Newspaper cartoons

I'm trying to find out the name of a daytime TV program - it would probably be 70's or 80's. The idea was to put funnier captions on old newspaper cartoons. Bob Monkhouse was on it a lot.

Could it have been a round in either "Jokers' Wild" or "Quick on the Draw" ?
Or was the whole show devoted to putting captions to old cartoons?
