Thank you boxtops. I replied before I saw your next reply. Do you think that is the one with Mrs Hamilton in? On the bits of script that you showed me, it had her name.

I wouldn't like to say notafish, you'll need to search scripts - I put Basil Fawlty appetit into google, that's how I came up with these.

Waldorf salad. He says it to a guest who has come into reception from the dining room to retrieve his lamb dinners. Mrs Hamilton wife of the American is also present.

Thanks for your help boxtops. I know he says bon apetit and blows a raspberry. On another occasion, I think he says bon apetit-t-t-t. I wanted to prove to my son that I'm not making it up :-).
