Should he be allowed to see the kids?

What is your opinion on this guy seeing the kids, is there anything to be gained by it or should he just disappear and leave the boys with their biological father?

I think he should just disappear altogether.....

This is what i think too craft, there's nothing to be gained by either side, maybe had the stepdad brought them up since they were babies and the biological dad wasn't there then a bond would've been made but I really don't understand his motives for this.

it's the wild drug induced parties at home I think Jeff Brazier would be concerned about tho' ummm
and yes, she probs wasn't and I concede she showed them great love, so perhaps you are right

He's not their father so what he does is up to him. I know many many people who have wild drug induced parties. Doesn't mean they are not decent inbetween.

As long as the children see no effects of such parties (hangovers etc) I can't see a problem.
