is the dla stopped?

i am still not recieving money from the dla, it has been 3 months now, i phoned them up in july but they said, their still investigating my claim...i phoned up again in august but the same answer...my dad says its probably the goverment cuting things down (if you get my drift)...i was recieving money in the month before those three months but suddenly it has stopped.

whats the problem?

if it was stopped they would tell you when you called

"still investigating" your claim seems like a reasonable answer to me.
