what was that programme called i think i was channel 4, not sure though, and it was about those rabbits and bears that lived next door to each other, please help me some one

This triggered a memory of a progamme which i know I loved (despite being much older than the target audience) and I have been desperately trawling the search engines with the little I could recall about it.
