When you read things like this: http://news.sky.com/s...n_Exclusive_Interview

Why should we have to tolerate this in our country I hear you all saying "but they aren't all terrorists" maybe not, but they all belong to a faith that supports this and we cannot separate them so send them all back to where they come from or where their views will be appreciated!

or maybe they could just find a God that will strike them all down for their evil actions!!!

I remember Mike Tyson going into the boxing ring and saying "Allah" will protect me, do these people really think that any of these so called Gods will protect someone as evil and horrible as Tyson, this God was going to protect him while he potentially is punching the life out of another boxer.

I really don't understand any of these religious sorts, their gods are always surrounded by so much evil and death, in the past and its still happening!!!

I'm so glad to have no such connections or beliefs.

I do not need these gods or beliefs to be happy and I certainly do not need the godly crutch to lean on, I live my life according to my morals, I know what is right or wrong.

//but they all belong to a faith that supports this//

Islam has no Pope or ArchBishop or generally accepted authority that decides what is or is not supported

So I'm dying to know how you are going to actually justify that statement

Or perhaps you were just going to slide it in and hope nobody noticed the gigantic flaw in the argument?
Don't quite get where you are coming from with your own statement, Jake. Don't all who follow Islam live by the Koran? And do they not have Imams who guide their flock, just like other religions? Just asking, as I don't get what you are trying to say.
Technically Islam does not have designated leaders. The Imams do not have Koranic authority.
phew, Ratter on one side, Carakeel on the other... But Jake is right, the faith doesn't 'support' it and it isn't an organisation. If your'e going to ban belief in Allah, you're joining the thought police and personally I think that's a bad thing.

And what you think is right and wrong may not be what another person thinks is right and wrong.
Christians and Jews also subscribe to the authority of the same violent God dreamed up by Abraham as he contemplated murdering his own son and laud heroic genocides in His name.

Making religion illegal would be utterly ineffective as has been shown by those who have already tried it. Only through education can we ever hope to reveal the practice of worship as a dangerous anachronism and expunge it from our societies.

So they dont get guidance from their so called God!!

Im male, Im always right!! :-)
It would make more sense to blame all Roman Catholics for Sub-Sahran AIDS because they are members of a church which prohibits the use of condoms.

I wonder which causes the most deaths?
Question Author
I know that its unrealistic but we shouldn't have to tolerate all this crap over this ridiculous belief!!!!

Chuck the whole lot out, if only!!!
Fortunately those of use who had the opportunity of receiving an education have the choice to throw religion out of our lives.

In many places the people don't have that choice. Under some Islamic regimes, leaving the faith is punishable by death.

Few things demonstrate such lack of genuine faith as to use the threat of death to sustain the believers.
Christianity is not so far ahead of Islam as some would believe. Failure to attend church was punishable by enormous fines during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I.

beso, this is what I'm talking about, the cruelty and injustices of religion and beliefs in Gods.
What's your worry then?
Question Author
Keyplus, my worry is the injustices your disgusting belief/faith inflict on innocent people in my Country and around the world!!
In other words and very simply, you just do not know and what you are saying is your belief or opinion.
Question Author
lol, thats it keyplus. ;-)
OK, tell me one thing. Just over 20 years ago these same people were doing same thing (fighting against an invading force) why Britain and America as state (forget about individuals as they might not be controlled) were funding them openly and there was nothing wrong with that? Give me just ONE good reason.
Question Author
But your God tells you this is right!! your God approves of killing and beheading and torture of innocent and misguided people................ you faith is savage and disgusting as is most God based faiths!!!!
I agree with Keyplus.

The greatest injustice of recent times is the illegal invasion and destruction of Iraq by "The Coalition of the Willing". In particular, the UK, USA and France have a long history of exploitation and brutal supression and exploitation of the people in the countries of the Middle East.

Far from bringing democracy to these areas they have facilitated and fueled the rise of the oligarchies that now control the region.
God says that or not is different question and I am sure I can make you run for that too. But do you have a simple answer for what I asked?
Question Author
I agree in that respect but I am talking about faiths, gods, religion not politics and it wasn't the man in the street that sent them to war that was politicians not God.

Most of Britain was against the war!!
