In the original text for Romeo and Juliet the prolouge ends with:

The which if you with patient ears attend,

What here shall miss, our toil shall strive to mend.

However, on both the Baz Luhrmann version and the Franco Zeffirelli version of the film, these two  lines are missed out. Does anyone know why?
