Outdoor water butt-frost protection

Other than tennis balls, charity shop xxl anoraks, newspapers in refuse sacks, does anybody know of any purpose made "jackets" for water butts (yes i know you should drain it down in the winter) but it still rains in the winter when its not freezing and the water from the shed roof will have nowhere to go!

Only the top few inches of our butts freeze, and we never empty them out. Never had a problem.
We leave a 'brick' of florists oasis on top.
never drained mine just let the top couple of inches freeze an I live in the frozen north_east
Unless you live in Norway or further `oop narf`, just cover it with an old piece of carpet.
If they are full it usually only the top couple of inches that freeze as all that water will keep the temperature up.,however If you drain it down and it collects a couple of inches, that will freeze right through , expand and possibly crack the butt.
