What was the name of the cartoon featured from the 70's that looked like a boy in a dress with friends that were a postman, a policeman and his aunt! I recognised it last night and wondered who did the narration and now I've forgotten the programme!

The thing I remember most about Bod was that he was the only character in it who had bendy knees!
