I have to admit I prefer the more modern ones. I like the Wham one and a few others that remind me of my youth. I can`t stand the LiveAid one though...
Chris Rea - Driving home for Christmas... not a huge fan in general.. but that one wants to make be at home, with mulled wine and a roaring fire....
Not into Christmas but I do like A New York Christmas by Rob Thomas and also Rebel Jesus by Jackson Browne.
Faireytale... Shane Macgowan and Kirsty MacColl
johnny mathis does it for me♥♥♥
Has to be one of the old crooners, Perry Como, Andy Williams Bob Hope. It;s just the era that I got used to and the cosy (american) Christmases.

Fairytale in New York though never fails. love it.
I'm with NOX, the best of the modern christmas songs
Greg Lake. Can't remember the title.
Now you're all gonna think I'm bonkers but the L.P. (yes L.P.) that has to come out every year is The Partridge Family. Christmas wouldn't be the same without it. Nat and Dean (L.P.) is pretty good too. x
the shane and kirsty one,,,,,,i love it, totally timeless i cry when i hear it.
I love 'Little drummer boy'' by Bing Crosby and David Bowie.
Winter Wonderland - Johnny Mathis and Fairytale by Shane and Kirsty
all of the old classics, and I like Baby it's cold outside by Tom Jones and the Welsh lady,,
count the greg lake one was "I believe in Father Xmas" but I prefer Johnny Mathis
The Ramones.
Kings College Cambridge does it for me with O Holy Night (fav) & other carols.
