hp7 part 1 cliffhanger?

People keep complaining about the cliff hanger of hary potter 7, part 1 but if you read the book you know what happens so it isn't a cliffhanger.

Has anyone else seen it. Can you wait for june 2011?

Not everyone has read the books Molly. I see the films as the good lady is a HP fan and has read them all. I know nothing about the story till I see the movie!

there is no cliff hanger at the end of the film as far as i remember, it just ended didn't it?
While i applaud the film makers for making it two film so they could get more detail in, it was rather let down by the fact that therer was no climax

I don't know what is due to happen (see previous answer) but couldn't they have sent it out as one film?

It could be 5 hours long then. Plus they can milk the HP name and it merchandise more if they release more films.

Plus it's not that much of a cliffhanger anyway, like you say, even for people who didn't read the book first.
