The trouble is that these days someone can`t just sing and have a fantastic voice. They have to be young, slim and attractive as well. The age of the MTV video is here and alive and kicking. If fantastic singers such as Alison Moyer or Annie Lennox were to be around today, they would get absolutely nowhere in the music world. The test of a good singer is when the listener can turn their head away from the TV and imagine that singer`s voice coming from the radio.
