I simply can't understand why the same people who come on threads like this and condem it will also condem human rights legislation.
This sort of treatment is in contravention of numerous clauses of the UN universal declaration of human rights.

The point of which is that Governments cannot just make laws as they please but only within the framework.
But if you think governments should be able to just pass laws that allow women to be whipped in the streets for wearing trousers - do continue to bad mouth human rights

Yes, which just betrays what it's all really all about, which is control. The real crime here is 'doing something we don't approve of', and trousers on a woman says she's dangerously opinionated, has a mind of her own, a liking for western style dress, and a desire to live outside of the dark ages, all of which they hate.
