What a choice! Perhaps Sherlock Holmes, or maybe Columbo. But on the other hand could be Poirot?.......
Toss a coin.
Poirot for me. Bring back Quincey.
Think I might have to toss several to make a choice here oranger.

Toss all three overboard from Quincey's yacht? And then Quincey. He was as bad as any.
All depends on the mood...
Kojak was never boring.
None. I'd rather watch paint dry.
They're all good for making me fall asleep. I never find out who the murderer is (too busy snoozing), except for Columbo who tells you right away and then disects it.
Matlock and Cannon was never boring either.
I did like how annoying columbo became to the suspects, I also like his dishevelled appearance, but essentially I find poirot boring, sherlock has that drug habit that makes him a little seedy, poirot is just overly polite and a little up himself.
I have to face facts here and I have come to the conclusion that I will watch any old rubbish.
Miss Marple.... how I'd like to break the habit of a lifetime and really deck this annoying old woman.
Boy,aren't we all full of the milk of human kindness at Christmas! LOL
I am SO glad I spend it alone if there are guys like you to avoid!
