i Thought it was far better than lasts years (caravan holiday), the magic of this is in the acting and the characters and the fact you only ever see them in there own home, living rm/kitchen and occaisonal bathroom scene,
the same was with hancocks half hour, brilliant when tony and sid were static in east cheam bouncing one liners of each other (who'd be me?) but not so good when they went out n about!
thought it was really funny especially the group pics with the urns :o)

Typical of the garbage thrown together daily by TV companies. Can there be one day a year ,when we do not have to endure the crap of Coronation Street, Emmerdale or Eastenders..
I thought it was funny as ever but I couldn't really appreciate it for personal reasons. My mum died in October and we have her ashes in the living room. Seeing Cheryl and Joe grieving was a little too close to home for me and my dad. We had a terrible Christmas Day and were looking forward to a good laugh and to put our grief to one side for an hour. If we had known what the dominant storyline was going to be we'd have watched something else.
