Hi loooby. How long do you think it will take for them to look like Davina, which is probably what they're aiming for?

oh i dunno about that lardy lol ....
but going on past series, theyre going to look sooo different at the end of the series to how they look now ...
good on 'em is what i say! :o)
I wonder if any of the previous contestants have regained the weight?
I hope not cazzz. They worksed so hard to get it off, if would be a shame if they backslid!
at the end of the series theyre going to look (and feel) great

I bet they don't.
well the only reason I say it is because when they are in that house they have nothing to think about other than exercising and eating right, once they come back to the real world all the same problems and temptations will appear again. longterm could they stay disciplined to keep it off?
Isn't it a bit ironic that the show is sponsered by the well known health food giant......Subway.
milly i was going to put that, werent they slagged off for the amount of fats and salts and rubbish things they put in the sarnies?
I could do with losing a few lb, but doing it that way would definately kill me. they must go through strict medical tests before hand to see if their bodies are 'fit' enough.
It almost looks like torture doesn't it. (shudder)

Errr don't you get to chose what goes into your subway sandwich?
I agree Jem.

Plus, that kind of routine is not going to be sustainable for most (if any) of them. When they leave the house they will not be putting themselves through the same regime and are surely going to start putting weight back on.

Gina, not heard of that myself but subway certainly doesn't strike me as the best place to be getting your lunch if you need to lose a few pounds. Even if it is 'low fat'.

I've got salad...haha. Not because I'm on a diet...just like salad. And I've got some raw prawns to go with it. Obviously I will cook them :-)
I have now watched this show from the start, and have not changed my opinion,it is nothing more than a freak show.
It's lets bash the fatties into the ground, and when they cannot cope lets chuck them out.
I detest Gilliam McKeith, but at least on her show she tried to show them what to eat,and excercise.
This show is just about running them into the ground and when they collapse or don't lose enough weight we chuck them back on the fat heap again!
What will they do when show is over? They have had practically no education in healthy eating,or anything apart from (over) exercise that will enable them to keep the weight off when the show finishes.
What must all this harsh regime be doing to their vastly overweight bodies, with hearts that cannot cope with such sudden exercise (given their overweight).
This show is not healthy, not nice and not educational to those overweight persons watching it.
It teaches us to view overweight persons as freaks!
Is that what we want?
