Yeah it struck me as an odd thing to say too! I We know she's had a colourful past, so was she on the game working for him?? That's all I can think of.
yes Pat was a prostitute and he used to pull her strings (well that is what the Tv Times says anyway - I don't watch it)
As previously mentioned - this has been hinted at a few times in conversations between them. At least EE finally has an actor who can portray mennace with other body language than looking like he's been shot in the back with a poison arrow, or he simply has a naggig case of 'farmers' as Mo so quaintly calls it! Andy Hunter - gone, and not missed.

I think Andy was an awful criminal...Billy Murray is a much better option, as he proved with his slimiy take as DS Beech in The Bill. I think he's he's quite possibly been molded on Ian McShane's character Teddy Bass in Sexy Beast.
