The US have handed over to Russia details of all the trident nuclear missiles that we possess. Do you think Britain knew about this? What's the point of having a nuclear arsenal if the secrets are given away like this? Does it not show we are a junior partner and totally subservient to the US to do its bidding and not an independent nuclear state?

it's a deterrent, so basically we want our enemies to know about it (otherwise they won't be deterred). I'm guessing this won't be too much of a blow.

The UK’s Trident missiles, are manufactured and maintained in the US. It is only the serial numbers that the US have handed over to Russia.

/// Washington lobbied London in 2009 for permission to supply Moscow with detailed data about the performance of UK missiles. The UK refused, but the US still agreed to hand over the serial numbers of Trident missiles it transfers to Britain.///
are the Russians bothered about Third World countries ???
