Anyway, I totally agree that Kate Ford (Tracey) can't act and that the character is unbelievable. She is ruining Corrie and I am glad she is going. Who is going to finally murder her!! I shall be cheering!!

I think the shame of it being leaked that s/he was Kate Ford's acting coach gets too much for someone...............

Whilst I agree that the character is unbelievable I disagree that she can't act. She is doing what the directors tell her to do, i.e. be a right cow whom everybody hates. An even more unbelievable character is Graham (Craig Gazey), who is a good actor and one whom everyone seems to love, but totally unrealistic.

I think she overacts Mike, Graeme on the other hand doesn't. He doesn't have to to portray his character, he knows how to get it just right. A brilliant actor. Kate acts like an enthusiastic 6th former in a school play in my opinion. I can't agree with you at all on this ;o(

Been thinking about this and Rosie and Tracey act more like pantomine characters than soap characters. Can almost hear the audience booing Tracey when she comes on. 'She's behind you!!!'

I think the best female character actress in there at the moment is Becky (Katherine Kelly) - in turn, hard, soft, funny, vulnerable, drama-queen - she knocks spots off tracey barlow....

oh i agree with you LL, tracey really over acts and is just spoiling the show,
ok, we know shes meant to be a cow and is meant to cause distruption wherever she goes, but... oh i dunno ... it just doesnt work somehow...
and yes, graham and rosie are a bit OTT too, especialy rosie, but i can kind of over look it with these two somehow ....

I agree with everyone about Tracey and Rosie. Both totally over the top actresses who are more suitable to our local panto than having prime characters in Corrie.
