I've been (misleadingly) quoted on the front page of the Daily Telegraph. (A conference speech for the Professional Association of Teachers).

My photograph has appeared on the front page of The Times Educational Supplement. (I was only 10 at the time, playing the recorder in a schools' concert).

I wrote an article for the Sheffield Morning Telegraph, which (among other things) praised the talents of a local 15-year-old cricketer. He later went on to do quite well in the sport. (His name was Michael Vaughan).

I've been interviewed on BBC Radio Sheffield, Hallam FM, BBC Radio Suffolk and BBC Radio 4.

I've danced with Miss England. (It was at a school staff-parent ceilidh, where she was the guest of one of the parents).

I won the Saturday night quiz on BRMB (Bham radio) in the 70's.It was a phone in 10 questions, only told how many you got correct not which ones, so it took a time to sort it. Pathetic isnt it? I haven't made much of a mark since.
