well they mentioned him this morning and probably more Colin Firth as the film won more.
It is a good point, though tbf BBC Breakfast did mention Christian Bale, however I think it may be because "The King's Speech" is a British film whereas "The Fighter" is an American one
and he's Welsh.

He may have been born in Wales but his parentage is English. He went to school in Bournemouth near me for some of his life.
but really Colin Firth is more english lol
