Thanks jomlett...I read this with my breakfast this morning but its doesn't shed any more light unfortunately.

The rumour on one talkboard is that a radio presenter and a studio manager are being investigated into claims about bullying.

He (Lawson) and his Studio Manager may well have been at loggerheads for many years over content and style. Whilst its healthy artistic debate one minute it can easily be seen as bullying the next.

Today's Telegraph says Lawson was on the brink of facing disciplinary action by the BBC. Bullying of junior staff was the reason.
