They always seem a very strange couple, she's so wisteria, ie a persistant climber, and he is so down to earth.

His love for Susan blinds him to her obvious faults methinks !

" Oh Neil ! "
On a different topic, I think I may have missed an episode.
I thought Elizabeth was linking up with Doctor Richard, but that he has disappeared. What happened?

A woman's love can be a fickle thing Hoppy !
What happened to the Maths tutor with whom she seemed to be getting close? He looks to be reappearing.
Ot seems he'll do owt for a taste of Susan's chilli ;-)
I'll never be able to eat avocado again.

How Rev. Alan Franks kept his temper tonight, is beyond me !
I have difficulty in remembering it is all made up, it's so well done. Poor Alan, rebuffed at every turn.
Zebo- the maths teacher (was he the cricketer, Asian I think) did go round for dinner, but Elizabeth realised she wasn't ready for a relationship. That was before her fling with Roy.
I get very irritated when Susan is on. She really winds me up. Obviously playing her part well. Just as Rob does.

While I am a huge fan of The Archers, sometimes the scriptwriters get it so wrong.

Justin is a hard-nosed businessman, and I just can't see why he should offer Rob such a high-profile job as he has. The man is poison. It just doesn't ring true at all !

And just why did he get served in the Pub tonight....I thought he was banned ?
I don't think he has been banned from the Bull, he's been in several times since the trial, and Kenton and Jolene need the trade. I agree totally about Justin. Also how can Rob go out on his first day at work? Hasn't he got to find his way round the office first. I also felt that Adam was too subservient to him. I wonder whether the scriptwriters have changed since the trial. I'm not enjoying the episodes much just lately.
Not only has Rob gone out on his first day at the office,
he's going out on a shoot in a few days. More time away from
the office, but this time he'll have a gun in his hands!
Is this the shoot for which Jennifer does the lunches? I'd be careful what I ate if I were Rob!

I have just listened to last nights episode, and how Shula didn't bring down the riding crop on Rob's head is beyond me !

And if he thinks Brian is a soft touch, he's got another think coming.

Can't the scriptwriters have a nice fatal farming accident ? I want my old Archers back now please !
The way Rob keeps hanging around (auditions for panto) makes me yearn for someone to arrange a nice, old-fashioned farming accident, mikey!
There's too much mileage left in the Rob saga. Jack/Gideon name change; divorce, maintenance & access; Rob finding new accommodation..... etc. Can't see it all being satisfactorily resolved soon. I switch on every evening hoping that tonight's episode will be the one with Rob's comeuppance.
Question Author
I see that Rob is trying to bury himself into Ambridge life like a particularly nasty cattle tick ! If Lillian rents her house to him, I shall never speak to her again !
I don't see how she can refuse him, Mikey. He knows that he is the first one to apply for it - Lilian said it had only been on the web site for 15 minutes. How can she say no?
Question Author
I'm not sure of the legal line here, but I am sure that there must be a way !
