Song used in last episode of 'The Richard Taylor interviews'

I'm trying to find this song featuring a guy singing in a high pitch voice things like 'I dreamt that a was walking and I dreamt that we were talking'. It was on the radio a few years back, especially on Chris Moyles' show, but I can't remember who did it. Any help would be much appreciated.

You dont say what show it was if it was the one on lastnight (air steward) then it was Mercury Rev and the song is called The Dark Is Rising. I hope this is of use good luck!
