What has happened to Ash who is on with Ian Colins between 10 pm and 1 pm. He is not talking any more. I wonder why.

I Know polyanna, I thought that too! Although Ian refers to him sometimes. Perhaps he's been told to shut up! I miss him.

Because he was an incredibly annoying little tw*t? He used to talk utter drivel, I remember him totally ruining a chat on astronomy on Danny Kelly's show with his utterly inane comments.
Anyway, he's lucky to still have a job. He should have been sacked when Whale was - he was the producer of that show and should have taken his share of the blame.

spot on, boyblue32. What an irritating little chancer Ash is. Why doesn't he get his own show instead of riding on the coat tails of someone else. He wrecked James Whales programme. Whale indulged him too much, and let him have too much of a say, none of which was worth listening to.

I miss ash, his one liners were unbelievable, funniest guy on the radio, I looked forward to Whale & Ash in the week when I hit the hay
