I'll avoid Mike Read - I've always found him irritating - but it will be good to hear the likes of Ed "Stewpot" Stewart again. I knew Pete Murray was knocking on (he seems to have been old for ever), but 84? The other thing I notice is what a ridiculously youthful looking 71 year old David Hamilton is. :-)
There is obviously a market for nostalgia, and why not add the presenters into the mix?
I think Johnnie Walker is well past his sell-by date, golden voice but gawd, what a bore!!!! Maybe he should join them.
David Hamilton was on a re-run of Shooting Stars in the week - if he's going to wear a wig, why can't he buy a decent one? he looked like he had an albino polecat asleep on his head, with some silvery blond bits at the side. Doesn't he possess a mirror? Or is he juust that delusional. At least Tony Blackburn replaces his when they get a bit moth-eaten.
