Instructions says take one tablet four times per day . Spread evenly throught day 

Just got medication now 

Should I start it today . I will only be able to take two times today because more than half the day has gone OR should I start it tomorrow when I'll be able to take all four tablets for the day ?

I'd want them to start working as quickly as possible. I'd fit in the two doses today, then on to four tomorrow. There's nothing to be gained by waiting, so that seems pointless to me.

Start them now. You need to get on a good schedule so the first 24 hours is usually a bit "messy" however starting now next dose 11pm then 7am then 3pm then 11am would be convenient times

I  make people take the first dose in the car after the pharmacy and to double up the first dose

Start immediately.  Medical friends of mine tell me to take 2 to begin with - it helps to kick-start the effects - but you didn't hear that from me!
