Celebrity chef cookery school???

Which Celebrity chefs have cookery schools??

I know Rick stein, (But I don't think he's at a lot of them) Jean Christophe Novelli (To which I have been, and is fab!) But I don't really know anyone else. Preferably male (but not Anthony worrall Thompson or Anisley Harriot, as I would Have to be dragged there.) and actually teach it personally! Im very particular about my chefs!

Nick Nairn has one somewhere close to Loch Lomand

Raymond Blanc has one at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons near Oxford. Hugely expensive, but I'm told its worth it.

lizwizz is right about Le Manoir, it's awesome...Raymond Blanc is a genius!

There's quite a few different chefs currently running cookery schools in their cruise-ship restaurants. I know Gary Rhodes has one, as does James Martin (wouldn't bother with that one), Ken Hom, Matsuhisa Nobu, and quite a few others. They're all with different cruise lines covering different waters, but if you Google them you should find something.

I maybe wrong but Nick Nairn is not at Loch Lomond but at Port of Menteith,beside the Lake of Menteith, (the only lake in Scotland)

Thanks everyone, all your answers are great, I've been checking out some of them. e.g Raymond Blanc, his courses sound good, it's just ashame he doesn't seem to teach them personally (Unless you know any different) which i would really love, but I may think about going anyway, if Gary rhodes has one that maybe good. But if I'm honest, I'll probabily choose to go back to the Novelli Academy! But keep all your great answers coming!
