Initiation test for Newbies?

Due to the recent influx of newbies, I think we should devise an initiation test. How would we test them and what should we do to the ones that fail?

when you say newbies....do you mean really new newbies or us that are green through no fault of our own?

Well I think that as you have obviously been banned for being bad!!! I think all greenies should be included!!

B00 has a point, the biggest clue is a greenie that introduces themselves to a fanfare of trumpets in Body and Soul and announces they are new here and were told we were all nice people, dead give away in my book. Not forgetting the russian clones who arrive and big themselves up, and then the one who comes on with a daft name and starts trying to change the site within five minutes and professes to be an expert at several careers.

Who is to set the 'questions', who is to 'mark' the answers, oh 'we' are, whoever 'we' may be, yet again.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with eccentricity. If users infringe the regulations it is down to the management of the site to make the decision, not a local self-appointed clique of users who have decided they can sit on the bench and judge newcomers.

I havn't changed my name !!! I am dot.hawkes; DottyH; DotH and banned-dot is the latest one i did after those first three were zapped in one night !! Notice a key common element in all those names by the way? I.E. I use the same name? lol : ))

Maybe we should use a ducking stool. If they drown they really were just new people trying to get answers to their questions. If they survive they were old ABers just using a new name! What do you think?????x

that's a random idea yinyang, most people would be abit heavier than a duck though and so as an elimination process it is already flawed.
