Wanted - reliable kitchen staff

So HK is reality TV ?, except half the people in there are false, false, false.
Brian and the two girls were using every camera shot as an excuse for an impromptu audition, squealing and generally being immature.
They wouldn't last five minutes in a proper kitchen, would you employ them? Have any of those three held down a proper job for any length of time?
Now the numbers- there are 70 customers served by 6 celeb cooks plus two sous chefs and Marco plus waiters and washing up staff. Lots of staff there I would have thought, but they are all so exhausted - it's called working for a living, darlings - you ought to try it some time.

oo dear. Well I think they have been working fairly hard over the last few days but they got compacent with the current menus so now the sh*t has hit the fan and they have all started to rebel, (probably because they don't know what they are doing)! Well its all for a good cause isn't it?

Well even people that work 9 till 5 would find working in a kitchen exhausting surely
