hoodies and yobs cull ?

Was just thinking about the blight that they seem to be in this day and age .Do you think that it would be better if the authorities did something to get rid of them ?
Instead of yoof clubs and table tennis etc why dont they just send a few van loads of sas round to these ghettos and just cull the little thugs?

Surely a month of state sponsored executions and abductions would calm them down?

Or is that too extreme?

Will youth clubs and 5 aside footy teams get better results ?
