Which new fitness product did you like the best?

I think the gym was good because it had a lot rolled into one but the body rocka was good because its like the fit ball but smaller so takes up less space in your home.

Thought the gym idea was good but it looked so drab in a black box! Should have made it in more of a funky colour, maybe patterned or something, with easy to carry handles on it.

It's clever how they think of these ideas when theres so much out there already I think.

Yes , the fitness box thingy looked very drab and old fashioned and big , whereas the rocka was modern looking and more portable , I liked it . x

I think Ben has a huge ego, and how could he call that american girl clinically obese......

Didn't think the lady who gave the pitch on the body rocka was very good. Not her strong point but in the boardroom Sir Alan said Lorraine (think that was her name) and someone else were the ones that got them the sale

Not quite sure if you mean you love the sound of his voice wendilla.

I would get really annoyed with him speaking over people and not letting them speak - think he can be a bit rude.

I'm having a 'lets get a more positive outlook' day lol

Typing is coming along ok. Quite amazed how quickly you get your speed up with it. I started off about 20 wpm now my best speed is about 50wpm with 97% accuracy. I find as I get faster its easier to forget where the keys are. Think it will be worth sticking with though.

Going to see family at weekend which will be nice. Have you got anything nice planned? Not sure what the weather forecast is. Bit overcast and showery here today.

thats good Angel...with typing the faster u get u will not even think about the keys it will just come naturally.

no im not doing much for Easter, family coming over but just going to enjoy the four days off work.

it is realy cold today, got a big jumper on, too cold in my tea shirt.

I'm going to be horrible now and say that I can't stand Lorraine. She looks a bit like Nanny McPhee! Not very good at pitching.

Yes it will be nice to have the days off. Got to do some travelling which is the annoying part and when you go away time always flies never mind though!

Rinkins - haha that is a good comparison actually. Don't like being mean but hey we all think it don't we!

I don't make a habit of being like that but this programme gets me all riled up!

Hope you have a lovely weekend. Even when there's travelling involved, I make it part of the break/holiday, relax in the car, get some good music on etc etc get all excited about getting to my destination!

I think Surallan's curmudgeonly attitude is exagerated for the programme.

It is advised that he is famously hard to please, but the fact is, he doesn't tolerate fools, or people who can't fight their corner - two attributes necessary to function at that level of business, wether working for Surallan or not.

Debra has a face harder than a block of concrete - very cold eyes.

Some of them are trying to coast along and let the wannabees lead the way.

Sir Alan is "old school" - he can see through the malin gerers. And anyone who thinks he's "tough" should have been in the uniformed services I was in - he's a pussy in comparison.
