Fed up with the Apprentice?
8 Answers
I used to avidly watch the Apprentice. Got a bit fed up with it during the last series, but this series is even worse imo! There is very little now that is actually about business and management strategies and it's all about personalities. All the contestants do when they are answering to s'ralan is to scream abuse at, and talk over, each other. If he employs any of the current lot he needs his head examined!

If they wanted to make a programme about business strategy, they could show it for the Open University - the brief here has to be about entertaining a mainstream sudience for whom Alan Sugar is known only as a curmudgeonly self-made millionaire.
It is edited very carefully to provide the best entertainment value for the viewers, and if you watch and listen, you will see that the thrust of the show is to provide a task and analyse the responses of each team, and each individual, which is what the show sets out to do.
It is designed to entertain people who know nothing and care less about business - but like seeing up-themselves wannabes get cut down to size on a weekly basis.
That's entertainment - or not, but you have to see the series for what it is.
