What was Simon thinking of though, when he chose his 3 contenders? What about Daniel Jackson and the two black girls? One in particular (the slimmer one I think dressed in a long pink dress, can't remember their names) - they were brilliant. The only one I like out of his 3 now is the huge afro dude.

Simon and Danni have definitely got the strongest categories I think. Louis doesn't stand a hope in hell - all useless.

My favourite 2 are the fella with the big affro - he has a good voice and the welsh girl.
I think the four judges just look at these hopefuls and decide which one can win for them, nothing to do with talent.

Stacey Solomon lives not far from me and has been the local paper and I think she has a good personality but her voice is average.

The two Irish lads - well what can I say - I think you are right in that Louis wants the young girls vote for them and for gods sake tame their hair down - bit dated now that look - they would get eaten alive here in Essex if they walked into a club.

To me, Louis Walsh is a waste of space. XF was better when Simon kicked him off. I can't believe he put those two idiot lads through, but then he's always the same. Was it the last series or the one before that that he kept putting that Irish girl group (can't remember their name) through? When I think of the talent he sent home in favour of those terrible two, it makes me mad!

Stacey Solomon is just another warbler. Sorry Andy. Why do all these females follow the same old trend. I actually agree with ahmskunnirt - we need a female singer with an authentic and distinctive singing voice. The young Welsh girl has a good voice and doesn't wail and warble. She's the best of the bunch now.

Poor Louis, what a dreadful category - the groups. They are all awful. What choice did he have ? But he is a bit of a wimp, we need someone more like Simon with a bit of ooomph as a judge. Also Stacey Solomon won't win, she can't talk when she is interviewed, and there have been too many solo girls winning lately - Leona and Alexandra. My bet is on Danyl. It was obvious as soon as Simon started off hating them and Louis was loving them that they would progress. They will have more people talking about them (look at us now) and more press coverage than most acts so publicity for the show. No doubt there will be a number of shows where Simon hates them until eventually he decides they are OK and then they go out pretty soon afterwards.

It's all in the script these spats between Simon and Louis or Simon and Sharon in the past - Conway Sisters, Chico, MacDonald Bros, Same Difference, etc. Even Rhydian was disliked and shown as an arrogant idiot early doors.
