Hi,I've had panic attacks and anxiety for years ( On and off). Coffee and Cola make me hyper. I keep in a Bach Rescue Remedy for anxiety, you can buy it from any healthshop. Its perfectly safe and a couple of drops on your tongue will calm you instantly. Have you had your thyroid checked as In a Pickle asked?
Another here with chronic anxiety and panic attacks, sounds more or less the same as yours. I tried various forms of talking therapies and healing with no effect, and spent a few years on a course of mild anti-depressants as a last resort, which not only brought me back to fairly close to how I was before, but the effects lasted after I went off them 2 years ago more or less, appearing to reset my system to how it should be.
Most Health Food Shops today have a Food Allergy Tester who visits every so often. You can make an appointment and she will test you to see what foods you may be intolerant to. I suffered terribly from migraines and I was amazed by leaving certain foods out of my diet that they disappeared. It cost me about 40 but worth every penny.
