My granddaughter came out of her classroom this afternoon and almost collapsed. Her eyes rolled back in her head and she had to be caught before she fell down. We took her straight to the doctors and after examining her the doctor said she didnt know waht was wrong. Just keep an eye on her. My granddaughter then said her tummy hurt. When we got her home she was feeling better after an hour but this evening she is in pain with her tummy. Has anyone else had any of these symptoms.?

They kept her in all night and had to give her morphine for the pain. Though at first appendix but then decided to do some tests. Today they say not appendix but may me food allergy. So now testing for that. She has two inhalers for her breathing anyway because of chocolate, and milk, being on soya from a baby. So they are now thinking other food intolerance I think. She is still in hospital but being as they have noro virus there no one can visit , not even my daughter to take over so her husband can go to work. Just waiting now for next phone call.
Hi, Many thanks for your replies. My granddaughter was allowed home today at 4. They still do not know what is wrong with her but have told my daughter to see how she is over the weekend and take her to GP on monday to ask for allergy tests for wheat. She is allergic to chocolate and has had some over and since christmas so it may have built up in her system. I dont really think it was that as chocolate makes her asthma reallt bad and it hasnt been any different. So now is just the wait for tests to come through.
