There is a black woman called Val on this weeks Come Dine With Me, and she looks so familiar. It's driving me mad as to where I have seen her before. Has she been on something else ?

No, I don't watch that, though funnily enough my son's mate is on it this week !
The woman in question reminds me of Kelly Holmes and she has definately been in something else. It is so bugging me.

A lot of these people on reality shows belong to agencies who supply them as needed by TV companies.
There's a very good chance she has been on something before.
One chap appeared on 15 different quiz shows I seem to remember!
