Sunday Express Xrossword Answers - 2006 , 2007 & 2008

I sincerely hope that some kind wonderful soul can help we with this answer.

This relates to Sunday Express GK Xrossword on the Easter weekends of 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.

I personally think that it was 2007 0r 2008.

The answer was a picture clue on the left hand side, showing a slowery shrub.

I think, from memory that it was part of the nettle family.

It was an absolute no.1 of my dearly departed wife, and unfortunatley the last cutting was died.

Son and daughter over watered the plant. After her funeral I had a very major heart attack . I am now back home and would like to find some details of the plant.

Hi, Billbo - I think you may be thinking of the house or greenhouse plant Coleus, best known in the species Coleus blumei, noted for its colourful foliage resembling nettle leaves.
