The Apprentice - how long?
22 Answers
Over what period is The Apprentice vide'oed? Do they shoot each programme in the couple of days before transmission (and if so what do they do in between tasks)? Or did all the events that make up the series happen over a period of a couple of weeks a month or two back and we are just seeing it now?
Only tuned in half way through this episode and the blonde woman heading the winning team looks like the best bet for series winner.

From my second link (with my capitals):
"Q: What happens to the finalists between the shoot and the transmission of the series?
A: As both finalists would not be able to seek employment until after transmission, and they cannot be out of pocket as a result of that, Lord Sugar finds both of them TEMPORARY jobs somewhere within his group of companies"

Filming of the series started on 10th September 2009, just days after contestant Christopher Farrell was convicted on two charges of possessing an offensive weapon.
August 2010 he was arrested after an allegation of fraud and was still on police bail when the current series began transmission two months ago.
