How did Ian & Jane first meet each other ?

From Wiki...(I can't remember her arrival to be honest but it was hardly rivetting stuff...)

It would have been better if we'd seen her walk away pushing a candy floss cart...and it would have hidden the bump. :o)

As far as I can remember Jane had a husband that was very ill then he died but Ian used to help Jane look after him. I am sure this is right but please correct me if I am wrong.

Yes wendilla, he had Huntington's Disease.

Thanks I thought it was right. It was a long time before Jane would have anything to do with Ian.She felt so guilty with her husband being ill even being friends with Ian.

I don't think they liked each other to start with. Ian was forever complaining about her. I think he was slightly injured when the funfair collapsed and was worried about his kids. She told him to shut up moaning because they were safe and she'd take care of them.
