I must admit I never watched the wire - he first came to my notice as Luther. And seeing him yesterday in The Big C was a real suprise, I had not read he was in that.

Maybe we can share? There's plenty of him to go round ;-)

Me too, although I quite like McNulty - especially at the end when everything goes a bit "off". I maily liked him as he basicly plays the Odysseus role - y'know the "good guy" who happens to be a selfish, violent, amoral force of chaos.

I really wish I could watch it all again as if it were new.

I never saw the wire but when I think it had Dom West, Aiden Gillen and Idris I think I must have been mad not to watch it
