I'm watching it on 'catch up' and it feels like Roy's mum has got the 'Blanche' writers on her case.. caustic comments and the odd drop of hilarity... nice to know that Blanche is gone but not forgotten..

Stephanie COle (Roy's mum) has always played those parts, the bitter woman, she does it well. I like her. Really do not like Michelle Collins in this part!

i afraid that Beckys part is becoming very boring its just going round in circles over and over again. a brilliant actress but give up this tedious story line

I love Corrie far more than Eastenders, BUT I hate these bossy, nasty old lady roles such as Blanche and now Roy's mum. They just go on and on being horrible to people and nine times out of 10 they get away with it - WHY????!!!!!
