Excuse me if I'm wrong but last Mondays episode when Steve arrived back in the taxi it was the left window that was smashed during the brawl looking at the pub from the outside, yet when it was being repaired tonight it was the other window.

Also when the guy delivered the barrel of beer at the back, how do they get it into the cellar as there isn't a beer flap to the cellar.

Surely the staff don't drag it through the bar and down the steps to the cellar?

Just a thought!

Didn't notice the window, but pubs do roll barrels down ladders.

Down ladders yes hc4361, but that's the dray-mans job, not the staff!

I have had 4 pubs and its the brewery's delivery's job!
I've worked in several pubs where the draymen have simply left the beer on the pavement outside the pub, with the staff having to get it into the cellar.
Yes trt I pointed out exactly the same tonight to OH, glad I'm not the only one who noticed or else I would have to question my memory lol.
The delivery man was going into the back to have his sandwiches, that's why Steve said to go on through to the back as it would be quieter..
why did Steve use a black taxi when he has a taxi firm, obviously has money to burn - god i must get out more.........................
Also why is Ken Barlows grandson(the guy who works in the homeless shelter) even in Corrie!! Most unnecessary(sp) character!
erm guys - its not real you know haha

supersuezy24,

He delivered a barrel of beer at the back as well.
I don't think the storyline for Ken Barlow's grandson has really taken off yet doesn't he take out a mortgage on the Barlow house by fraudulently signing as Ken & then absconding with the cash ( I also wonder about the charity money that has been collected) and I suspect the burglary when Sophie & Sian were blamed for leaving the premises unlocked. I think he ( the g/son is a baddie)Ron.
It is anything to do with the fact he is William Roache son, the other one Linus was in it too, not long ago. Family ties and all that..
