I watched one the other day where he went to visit a sort of open prison for paedophiles. Whilst at times uncomfortable viewing, it's amazing how much people open up to him. He must be crapping himself with some of the people he has to meet.
I watched this - did you see the Kangaroo being pushed about in a buggy!? I thought that was absolutely hilarious .... I'm not an animal lover at all, but these animals were demented, especially that wee bear cub.
I found myself getting uneasy about what I was watching, very uncomfortable viewing for animal lovers I thought. I'd recorded it but had to switch it off after about 20 minutes. Louis is so good and giving his subjects enough rope to hand themselves. Will probably steel myself to watch some more later if I can bear it. Did anyone else watch it and feel the same?
You get similar people in this country too, Years ago I saw a woman on a bicycle in Cambridge. In the basket was a poodle[ not very ferocious I know] but both the woman and poodle had matching head scarves.
I agree with ladybirder - it made me feel very uncomfortable, the bits I saw - I watched about half of it. It made me wonder about people rescueing animals, and then putting them in small cages for their own pleasure - the man wih the chimps I found horrible - he gave me the creeps.
I thought the first guy featured was ok in the most part. At least he didn't think the animals were little play things and said he would never get in a cage with one of them. The other all made me feel sad. Particularly the woman who's thought she could let the monkey run around the yard with the humans until it got so angry that it threw itself into a window and smashed it. I wouldn't feel sorry for any of those people if the animals turned on them.
