.....I have no problem with other people smoking but why was the lady allowed to allow smoking in her B&B in a public place.

The other contestants said they couldn't smell any smoke but if you were in the next room surely you would smell it, I thought it was against the law in a public place.

As for the dogs to be allowed to sleep in the rooms, that's another matter!

But I have warmed to her with her silly laugh!

A room in a hotel or B&B is not a public place. If it was, you get arrested every time you got undressed for bed.

Hotels & B&Bs are allowed to have smoking rooms if they wish under the anti-smoking laws.
