Who is Barry Scott??

Me and the lads in the office have been trying to work out who Barry Scott is from the Cilit Bang adverts, at the beginning of the advert he introduces himself as if we all know who he is. Does anyone know?

That cilit bang advert has been going for quite a while now and I'm sure i seem to be the only one who noticed that the guy saying "hi i'm barry scott" actually changed in the last few months to another actor but still using the same name.

I've known Barry Scott for years and never really liked him until I saw him shine on the great Cilit Bang adverts, now we are happily married & in a wonderful relationship. All my friends envy me & seem to think that i'm only with him for his fame and fortune but as he shows in the adverts....he's just a really talented, intelligent man.
