Didn't see it, but I've been told that when you get in the chair, your mind goes blank....
bit unfair to Michel Roux...he picked a tough topic..was it Larousse Gastronomique..or the works of Escoffier..lots of obscure terms/techniques
I would have thought that Jacqui Smith would have chosen fiddling expenses as her specialist subject.
Horny, elusive creatures were at one time the main preoccupation of Ms Smith.
Of such things are legends made. :)
I bet both of them knew that you don't end a statement with a question mark (or three).
even the so called experts get it wrong.
please dont accuse her of fiddling exspenses.
she has had enough trouble claiming £500 for her saddle that her unicorn needs!
lo sinderella :)

was not your post called trolling years ago rojash???

No mate, it's called fair comment: you commented on their lack of knowledge of cooking. I commented on your lack of knowledge of English.
Even I knew several of the cooking questions - the aioli and duxelle answers are basic cooking. Perhaps he has forgotten the basics and can only do the fancy stuff! You could see as he sat down he said "that was painful!"
I can understand him not knowing the TV questions on the GK section though as he works in the evening.
If malagbob went on Mastermind with english grammar as his specialist subject, that might be a fair point rojash.
