Renault Modus

Hey, after some help please. took my under power modus to garage monday and it had the following faults D394 Cat functional fault and D079 motorised throttle unit control.

they removed scuttle, checked and cleaned throttle body and it can back as new.

several days later its under powers again and sounds very rough, any ideas?

ps it does have an after market air filter and has done for past 3 years with no problems. i looking to get a used filter box so its like original but as i say its ran fine for 3 years...

Not sure if these have MAF sensor .. or a MAP sensor.
However, in light of the problem/fix so far, I would try replacing throttle body with a known good one.
Renaults are not the greatest throttle bodies.
