Can anyone tell me what the few strange scenes were in last night's episode? They looked like a man scrambling on/over, what looked like a green ceiling with a strip light on it. Thanks.

Could be Grandma but he was in the dark because of his skin condition. I hope it'll be explained next week.

I still don't know why he appeared to be scrabbling over a ceiling though. That was going on throughout both episodes.

It represented the murdered scurrying around behind walls and in ceilings, watching his victims.

Very strange but after last nights episode I had a nightmare that there was someon in my house. Spooked my big time.

personally i thought it was cobblers.

some bloke in a car accident decides to take revenge on spoilt girls by renovating their houses to build in secret chambers, then lives with them in secret for a few days and then sneaks out to bludgeon them to death... yeah right.

and what about the bloke wrongly charged? he just got forgotten about in the script, even though in all the cinemas in all of east london they picked the exact right cinema at the exact right time to find him, when the custody police officer just let him out of his cell because he was saying scarey things?. yawn, zzz.

and what was the 'point' of the archive guy?.....

hc, I realised that at the end - but poorly portrayed surely. On a ceiling with strip lighting? Scrabbling in confined spaces in gloom would have been more appropriate - but perhaps that would have given too much away. And actually, although I guessed he was hiding behind false walls etc, the eventual revelation of his reasons was rather weak - but I enjoyed it. I'll watch next week.
